2013: Saw time in 37 games, starting 30...made 27 appearances in the circle, including 18 starts...won six games and had 11 complete games...also had one shutout and a team-leading two saves...struck out 89 over 118.2 innings of work...had two home runs, 11 RBIs and a slugging percentage of .330, all second on the team...went five innings, allowing just one hit in a shutout victory over Rider...struck out a season-high nine in a complete game victory over La Salle...went 2-for-5 with two home runs and five runs driven in during a victory over Army on Apr. 10...in all, had three multi-hit games on the season.

Background: A four-year varsity pitcher at Easton High in Maryland…named Bayside Player of the Year for the Mid-Shore Area as a junior and a senior…a four-time All-Mid-Shore Team selection…helped her team win the Maryland 2A State Championship as a junior and a senior…her team won three conference championship and three regional championships during her time at Easton…pitched a one-hit shutout in the state championship game in her senior year, leading Easton to its fifth state championship in school history and a No. 23 NFCA national ranking…holds school record for career strikeouts, single-season wins and single-season shutouts…a member of the Severna Park Green Hornets club softball team…also played varsity basketball and field hockey…a member of the National Honor Society.
