2013: Appeared in 50 of the Dragons' 51 contests, making 49 starts...finished third on the team with 25 hits...drove in eight runs...scored 14 runs, also third on the team...drew 15 walks, second only to the program's all-time leader in bases-on-balls, Jenn Reading...went 3-for-4 with two RBIs against Delaware on Mar. 23...also reached base three times at Georgetown on Mar. 13, hitting a double, a single and drawing a walk while driving in a run and scoring what would prove to be the winning run...also had a stolen base against the Hoyas, one of two on the season.
2012: Made appearances in 32 games during her freshman season, including 11 starts...went 3-for-4 against East Carolina on Feb. 11, scoring two runs and stealing a base...had three steals altogether on the year, going 3-for-4 in attempts.
Background: A four-year varsity starter at Mater Dei Prep…helped her team win a state championship in 2008 and qualify for the state tournament in each of her four years…also ran track and played soccer at Mater Dei.
Personal: Daughter of Patrick and Mary Lou Fermo…her brother, Pat, plays lacrosse at Marist…majoring in sports management.
