2016: A Second Team All-CAA selection…led the team with 41 draw controls and 22 caused turnovers…finished fifth in the CAA in both of those measures…CAA Defensive Player of the Week (3/8)…set a new career high with six draw controls in the season-opening win over American (2/14)…also caused three turnovers and had a ground ball in that game…matched those six draws, adding a career-best five caused turnovers and three ground balls in the win against Monmouth (3/2)…picked up five ground balls with a pair of draw controls and two caused turnovers at Fresno State (3/23)…had four ground balls, three draws and three caused turnovers at UC Davis (3/26)…won four draws with two caused turnovers and two ground balls in the first CAA victory of the season at William & Mary (4/10)…had three draw controls in the win over Hofstra that clinched a CAA Tournament berth (4/30)...a CAA Commissioner's Academic Award recipient.
2015: Started all 16 games...came up with 16 draw controls...added 21 ground balls...caused 19 turnovers...caused four turnovers and had six ground balls against James Madison (4/5), both career highs...had three caused turnovers at Stony Brook (2/28)...had a pair of caused turnovers and two ground balls in the win over Columbia (2/22)...won two draw controls in the victory over La Salle (3/25).
2014: Made 16 appearances, including her first collegiate start against New Hampshire (3/23)…named the CAA Rookie of the Week on Feb. 17 after posting a goal, four draw controls and a ground ball in her collegiate debut against George Washington (2/16)…had a season-high with a hat trick in the win over La Salle (3/12), adding two ground balls…netted the game-winner in that 10-8 Drexel victory…finished the season with seven goals, including single scores against New Hampshire (3/23), Delaware (4/4) and William & Mary (4/20)…also had three assists in the win over Saint Joseph’s (2/23).
2013: Redshirted…received the CAA Commissioner’s Academic Award.
Background: Two-year varsity starter for Downingtown West High School…received 2010 and 2011 All-Area honors…2011 First Team Chest-Mont...member of the PA Express Lacrosse Team…also, played field hockey…two-time All-Area and First-Team Chest-Mont honoree for field hockey…member of 2010 varsity track team…certified youth lacrosse and field hockey referee…recipient of the 2008-09 Downingtown West Excellence Award…member of National Honor Society and selected as student ambassador.
Personal: Daughter of Charles and Rebecca Winiarski…majoring in secondary education.
