Women's Lacrosse Begins Four Game Road Trip at Bucknell

Lewisburg, Pa. - The Drexel women's lacrosse team will travel to face Bucknell in the Dragons' first road game since its season-opening victory at Virginia Tech. The Dragons will be on the road for the next four games before returning home to Vidas Field for the start of their Colonial Athletic Association season. Drexel will bring a 5-1 record to the game while the Bison are currently 1-4.
In its last game, Drexel recorded its highest scoring output of the season as the Dragons routed Long Island, 18-4, at Vidas Field. The match-up was the finale of a five-game homestand that saw Drexel win all but one game. Becca Drylie Perkins led the Dragons with two goals and three assists while Nicole Musto added a goal and three assists. Katie Lawson added to her conference leading total of goals with four more.
Bucknell got its only victory of the season against Davidson while dropping contests to Penn State, Wagner, Robert Morris and Columbia. Julia Braun leads the Bison with team-high totals of 12 goals and 13 points.
