A senior who can get to the cage…changes direction well...is quick and tough…returns to the team after sitting out last year.
2007: Redshirted.
2006: Had seven goals and four assists…scored twice at Denver…picked up a goal, an assist and three ground balls vs. Robert Morris.
2005: Scored 12 goals and handed out four assists for 16 points…scored a pair of goals on four occasions…had three points against Lafayette, Robert Morris and St. John's…also had 20 ground balls, including a season-best four at Virginia.
2004: Led Drexel freshmen with seven goals and nine points...scored two goals three times and had three points against Lafayette...won 11 of his 21 face-off attempts.
Background: Graduated from Greenwich High School...a four-year letterwinner who was All-County as a senior...a Connecticut Super Junior select team member as a junior...played one season on the hockey team.
Personal: Son of Tom and Patricia O'Connor...his brother, Tom, played lacrosse at Middlebury...majoring in business.
