Became the first two-time All-American at Drexel since Lynn Ferguson accomplished the feat in 1971. 2011: Named Honorable Mention All-American…finished 11th in the nation in save percentage (.563)…was second in the CAA in that category…made a career-high 19 saves in Drexel’s opener at Virginia…made 18 stops in the team’s three overtime game at UMass…had 11 or more saves on 10 occasions and finished the year with 166 saves…recorded a 9.09 goals against average. 2010: Named a Third Team All-American after leading Drexel to four wins against top 10 teams…a First Team All-CAA performer who was the league’s Defensive Player of the Year…led the league in goals against average (8.29), save percentage (.585) and saves per game (11.27)…finished seventh in the nation in save percentage and ninth in goals against average…had nine games with at least 10 saves…tied his career-high with 17 saves against Virginia and in Drexel’s win over No. 3 Notre Dame…named the CAA’s Player of the Week after the Notre Dame game. 2009: Won the starting job and went on to be named the CAA’s Rookie of the Year…was also a Second Team All-CAA pick and was named to the CAA All-Rookie Team…finished ninth in the nation in save percentage at .595…was 17th in all of Division I in goals against average at 8.36…had five games with 10 or more saves, including a career-high 17 at Virginia in his debut…named the CAA’s Rookie of the Week four times. Background: Attended Salesianum High School in Wilmington, Del…two-time All-American and All-State performer in goal…named the Delaware Player of the Year as a senior…played on the state championship team as a junior…also played on the offensive and defensive line on the football team, where he was named First Team All-League as senior…was on the state championship team his junior year.
