Rose Portiolli

- Assistant Softball Coach
Rose Portiolli joined the softball staff in August 2015 as an assistant coach who works primarily with pitchers. An alumna of the Drexel Softball program, Portiolli played for the Dragons from 2012-2014. She has been playing softball for 15 years and has spent the last seven of those years as a member of the Brazilian National Team. Most recently, Portiolli represented Brazil in the Pan-American Games that were held in Toronto in July of 2015.
Portiolli earned her bachelor's degree in international area studies with a concentration in international business and economics from Drexel in June 2015. Prior to this, she also attended the American University of Rome for a term, as well as Northwest Florida State College from 2011-2012. A native of Sao Paolo, Brazil, Portiolli is fluent in Brazilian Portugese, English, Italian and Spanish. She currently resides in Philadelphia, Pa.
