2011: Earned First Team All-CAA honors as a catcher for third straight season…broke Drexel’s single-season home run record with nine on the season, eclipsing the mark she set in 2010…picked up her 100th career hit on Feb. 25 while going 3-for-4 against Marist…led the team with a .333 batting average, 33 RBIs, nine homers, seven doubles, a .612 slugging percentage, and a .409 on-base percentage…tied single-game record with two home runs against Georgetown on March 22…posted the team’s longest hitting streak of the season, nine games, from March 12 to April 2… homered in three straight games from March 22-26, including two in the team’s CAA-opening doubleheader against Hofstra….moved into second place all-time in career home runs with 20 as a Dragon.
2010: First Team All-CAA Catcher…set Drexel’s single-season record with eight home runs…named CAA Player of the Week on April 26 after hitting .455 with 10 hits, two doubles and two homers during the previous week…led the team with 28 RBIs, eight homeruns, eight doubles and 51 hits…drove in the go-ahead run in 3-2 win at Delaware on April 24…went 3-for-4 with three RBI in win at Delaware on April 25…ranked fourth in the CAA in total bases (83)…had the team’s longest hitting streak of the season - 10 straight games from April 15 to April 29…recorded a hit and an RBI in five straight games from April 7 to April 11…hit home runs in back-to-back games against George Mason on April 17.
2009: Named First Team All-CAA as a utility player, also earned a spot on the CAA All-Rookie Team…ranked 8th in the CAA in batting (.333)…second on the team in batting, hits and doubles this season…named CAA Rookie of the Week on March 30…matched team records for doubles (2) and total bases (8) in a game when she went 4-for-4 with two doubles and a triple against USP on March 11…went 4-for-4 with two doubles against George Mason on April 4.
Background: Played four years for Delta Heat club team in Delta, British Columbia…led her team in hitting (.448) with five home runs and 58 RBIs last season…Delta Heat team placed third in region and finished top 10 in the national tournament…her Under-16 club team won the Canadian National Tournament in 2004, when she earned All-Tournament Team honors…also played varsity soccer at South Delta High.
Personal: Daughter of Gord Collings and Kath Morrison…majoring in biology…played club softball with Drexel sophomore pitcher Ellen Boundy.
