A fifth-year senior who is one of team’s top all-around players…a scrappy competitor who plays well on both ends of the field…is tough on ground balls and is a good finisher.
2005: Finished the year with 10 goals and four assists…scored a pair of goals against Lafayette, Robert Morris and St. John’s…netted the game-winner in overtime against Yale…had a season-high three points against Robert Morris…had five ground balls against St. John’s…scored a goal in the final three games of 2005.
2004: Tied for the team lead with 15 goals and was tied for second in points...had a career-high four goals vs. Saint Joseph’s...scored two or more goals three times and had the eventual game-winners against Lafayette and Wagner.
2003: Received a medical redshirt...played in two games and had a goal. 2002: Scored seven goals and handed out three assists...netted two goals at Albany...scored a goal and an assist against Hofstra and Lafayette...had a career-best five ground balls vs. Binghamton.
Background: Played four seasons at Yorktown...named All-Section and All-League two times...played on the silver medal winning team in the Empire State Games...a member of the National Honor Society and the Dean’s List...transferred from West Point...son of Naomi and Jeffrey Cohen...majoring in biology.
